Acceptance of these terms of use is deemed to have been made with the entry and navigation of the visitor / user in LaGente. This acceptance consists of the explicit, unconditional and irrevocable agreement to comply with these terms.

LaGente reserves the right to modify the terms of use at any time and without justification, and modifications will be taken into account only if they are expressed in writing and incorporated into this text. By this agreement you accept and acknowledge that the entire content of LaGente (documents, texts, trademarks, designs, images, services, electronic files, etc.) is the intellectual property of the Company from the moment of its publication on the Internet and therefore enjoys the protection of the relevant provisions of Greek and European law as well as international conventions.

It is expressly forbidden to use, copy, store, reproduce, republish, transmit, publish, download, translate and modify in any way part or all of the content of LaGente and the services offered in it without the prior written permission of the Company.

Limitation of liability

LaGente and the Company can in no way be held responsible for any damage and/or any other negative consequence that may result from accessing and/or using the information and services provided in it. All of LaGente’s content and services are provided “as is”.

No warranty is given by the Company that the pages, services, options and contents will be provided without interruptions and errors or that these errors will be corrected.

Under no circumstances can the Company guarantee the correctness, completeness and availability of the content of the pages and services.

Finally, there is no guarantee on the part of the Company that any other website or the servers through which they are made available to you will be provided to you free of viruses or other harmful components. Responsibility of the visitor / user

In the event that any third party takes legal action against the Company for infringement of any of its legal rights, which falls within the scope of the visitor’s/user’s liability as defined in the text of the terms of use, the Company reserves the right to take recourse against the visitor/user.
